Software Engineers
Locations: London and Wellington, NZ.
Software Engineers are required to work as part of a team on the design and development of our leading edge tools.
Responsibilities
> Carry out design, testing and implementation of software products.
> Support and maintain existing software.
> Liaise with other team members to ensure software objectives are achieved on time.
> Keep up to date with tools and techniques appropriate to the industry.
Requirements
> University level qualification in Computing, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
> Fluent knowledge of C/C++ programming.
> Experience of Linux, OSX, networking and multi-threading essential.
> Willingness to learn.
> Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
> Good communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team.

Financial Controller
Location: London
To lead the company's financial accounting, reporting and control activities and to ensure they are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practice.
Responsibilities
> Lead and participate in all financial operations including reporting, forecasting, invoicing and cash management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
> Lead and participate in the monthly accounting close ensuring timeliness, accuracy, completeness and compliance with corporate policy.
> Tax compliance including income tax, VAT and corporation tax.
> Management and development of accounts/admin team in UK.
> Preparation of forecasts of future performance of the business.
> Preparation of annual budgets.
> Recommend changes that will improve the company's financial performance and financial controls.
> Overall management of the contracts management tool used for sales order processing and revenue and invoice management and forecasting.
> Support the implementation of new processes and controls and the implementation of new systems.
> Act as the main point of contact to external auditors and provide all required information.
> To oversee all areas of HR as required.
Skills / Attributes Required
> Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
> Previous experience in a similar position, including experience of providing Financial Control in a growing manufacturing company.
> Sound and up to date knowledge of UKGAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
> Experience of managing staff within the Accounts department.
> Excellent Excel modelling skills.
> Strong IT literacy, Microsoft Excel in particular.
> Critical thinking and good analytical skills.

Assembly Technician
Location: Leamington Spa
An excellent opportunity exists within this progressive company. A person is required for the assembly of electrical and mechanical components. Experience of assembling computers or similar products is required. You will be an integral part of the assembly and test department and will carry out bench assembly and wiring on a variety of our products.
The successful candidate must have assembly experience, a good eye for detail, and be able to use all types of hand tools.
The job will be based in Leamington Spa with initial training at our offices in London.
